I have successfully led many projects like Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestments with DHL, BRAMBLES/CHEP and later on with Alliance Healthcare Group / WallgreensBootsAlliance.

Both the hard wired topics (Manage the due diligence) as well as the soft ones (Manage the change agenda) were my responsibility.

Works Councils & Unions


The involvement of employee representatives in all forms is essential for a successful process. I collaborated with Local, Group and European Works Councils in all the various projects trustfully and successfully.

The speedy negotiation and closure of balance of interest, social plans and settlements were as well part of my jobs as the negotiation of collective labor agreements with unions and works councils.
20 years experience as an honourable judge at the German labour court enabled me to broaden my view and deepen my expertise.

Transformation
